only after successful payment confirmation.
Made-to-order and customized
jewellery begins production after order confirmation and design approval, where
applicable.
2. Delivery Timeline
Domestic Orders (India):
Orders are typically delivered
within 7–21 business days, depending on the product type, certification
requirements, and customization.
Customized / Made-to-Order
Jewellery:
Delivery timelines may extend due
to manufacturing and certification processes. Estimated timelines will be
communicated at the time of order confirmation.
3. Shipping & Handling
All jewellery is shipped through
reputed, insured logistics partners to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Every shipment is fully insured
until it reaches the customer.
Jewellery is packed in
tamper-proof, discreet packaging for security and privacy.
4. Delivery Address &
Identification
Orders will be delivered only to
the address provided at the time of checkout.
For high-value shipments, delivery
may require:
Valid government-issued photo ID
Signature upon delivery
We do not deliver to P.O. Box
addresses.
5. Certificate & Documentation
All certified diamond jewellery is
delivered along with the Certificate of Authentication.
Invoice and relevant documentation
are included in the package.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable,
will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Any additional charges for special
services (expedited delivery, remote locations, etc.) will be communicated in
advance.
7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
Delivery timelines are estimates
and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including logistics delays,
weather conditions, or regulatory checks.
In case of delay, customers will
be notified promptly.
Failed delivery attempts due to
incorrect address or unavailability may result in rescheduling delays.
8. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared
via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
Customers are encouraged to
monitor shipment status using the provided tracking information.
9. Inspection at Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect
the package at the time of delivery.
Any signs of tampering or damage
must be reported immediately to the delivery partner and to us within 24 hours
of receipt.
10. International Shipping (If
Applicable)
International delivery timelines,
duties, and taxes vary by destination country.
Customs duties, import taxes, or
local levies, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
11. Non-Acceptance of Delivery
Refusal to accept delivery without
valid reason may impact eligibility for refunds or exchanges.
In such cases, shipping and
handling charges may be deducted from any refund.
