Welcome to Mahbakh Luxe Private Limited. By enrolling as a Distributor or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to become a Distributor or to purchase our products.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
2.Nature of Business
Mahbakh Luxe Private Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of health and nutrition products.
Our sales model is based on Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), where individuals earn through product sales and by building a network of distributors
3.Distributor Agreement
Registration as a Distributor does not create an employer-employee relationship, franchise, partnership, or agency relationship with the Company.
Distributors operate as independent contractors and are responsible for all legal and financial obligations, including taxes.
Distributors are not allowed to make any false claims or guarantees about income or product benefits beyond what is officially provided by the Company.
4.Product Purchase and Pricing
All products are sold at prices decided and updated by the Company.
Distributors and customers are responsible for checking product availability and pricing updates from time to time.
5.Payment and Delivery
All payments must be made in full before dispatch. We accept online transfer, UPI, Debit and Credit card, etc.
Shipping timelines may vary based on location. Estimated delivery is within 3–7 business days.
6.No Refund or Return Policy
Due to the consumable nature of our health products, we do not offer refunds or returns.
In case of damaged, expired, or incorrect products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (e.g., photos, invoice number).
Valid complaints will be resolved via product replacement or credit toward future purchases.
7.Code of Conduct for Distributors
Distributors must follow ethical business practices and must not misrepresent the company or its products.
Any misleading, abusive, or illegal marketing practices will result in immediate termination from the network.
The use of Company branding, trademarks, or promotional materials must be approved and used according to official guidelines.
8.Compensation Plan
Distributors earn through personal sales, team commissions, and performance bonuses as per the Company's officially published compensation plan.
The Company reserves the right to revise the compensation plan with prior notice.
9.Termination
A distributor may voluntarily resign by giving written notice.
The Company may terminate any distributor for violating the terms, engaging in misconduct, or damaging the reputation of the brand.
10.Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising out of your use of or reliance on our products or business model.

11.Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
12.Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the business or use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
